  3. WIERING SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR FREEWARE PRODUCTS

  6. IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This license agreement
  7. ("AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you (either as an
  8. individual or a single entity) and Wiering Software
  9. ("WIERING SOFTWARE") for the software product identified
  10. above, including any associated media and accompanying
  11. on-line or printed documentation and also any future
  12. versions, patches or updates ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

  14. By installing, copying, accessing or otherwise using this
  15. software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this
  16. AGREEMENT.

  19. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

  21. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is owned by WIERING SOFTWARE and is
  22. protected by copyright laws and international copyright
  23. treaties. The software is licensed, not sold.

  25. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is distributed as FREEWARE.

  28. This LICENSE grants you the following rights and
  29. limitations:

  31.   - You may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for an
  32.     unlimited time.
  33.  
  34.   - You may copy and distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  35.     but only in its original form (as found on the
  36.     WIERING SOFTWARE web site) and without any
  37.     modifications.

  39.   - Distributors may sell the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for a
  40.     reasonable fee for media and handling, but must
  41.     indicate clearly that this software is "freeware".

  43.   - Magazines are authorized to publish the SOFTWARE
  44.     PRODUCT on any cover disk, CD-ROM or other media
  45.     without prior permission from WIERING SOFTWARE (please
  46.     do send a notification).

  48.   - You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble
  49.     or make changes to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any way.

  54. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY
  55. OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT
  56. NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  57. AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS
  58. TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH
  59. YOU. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE
  60. COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
